Enterprise Development, Entrepreneurship & Financial Inclusion

Pioneer Plus designs and delivers practical enterprise development programmes that equip individuals, groups, and small businesses with the skills, knowledge, and market connections they need to grow sustainable livelihoods. We work with refugees, host communities, youth, women, and pastoralists — in some of the most challenging operating environments in the world.

Veterinary & Animal Health Services

Livestock is the primary livelihood asset for millions of pastoralist and agro-pastoral households across the Horn of Africa. Pioneer Plus brings specialist expertise in veterinary services, animal health systems, and livestock enterprise development — supporting communities, producer groups, and development programmes to improve animal health outcomes and strengthen livestock-based livelihoods.
